Home Watch Services

We inspect all client properties upon request and immediately notify you of any issues that need to be addressed so we can protect your home from loss, damage, or liability.

Our home watch services are for the seasonal residents of Ocean City, Ocean Pines, and parts of DE. We have a customized checklist, reporting software called QRIDit home watch addition, sensor technology (hygrometer, infrared laser thermometer and a pinless moisture reader) We monitor your home on a regularly scheduled visit (or for key service).

Exterior Checks

• Landscaping/ Trees & Plants
• Pests
• Lawn and sprinklers
• Remove newspapers & flyers
• Check the mailbox
• Visual check of outdoor light fixtures
• Roof (from the ground)
• Check screens, windows, sliders
• AC units
• Fence
• Pool water level and condition along with pool equipment
• AC units & HVAC equipment.

Interior Checks

• Check windows and doors for damage and ensure they’re locked
• Visual signs of water damage
• Mold and mildew.
• Cycle the water (flush toilets) run water in sinks, (including garbage disposals) tubs and showers
• Short cycle dishwasher and washing machine
• Check the water heater
• Look for signs of insects, pests, and rodents
• Check closets, pantry and storage cabinets
• Verify HVAC, refrigerator, freezers, wine coolers for proper temperatures
• Reset clock’s for power outages, check garage (including trash).

Concierge/Key service

• Grocery shopping
• Cleaning, pre-arrival and/or departure, pre/post-storm service,
• Vendor key in, maintenance/services
• Guest or renter check-in/out
• On-call for service issues, car/boat service.
